We met up with Sarah and Zack on a beautiful crisp October fall day at the Planting Fields Arboretum for their engagement session. Sarah has been very close friends with our budding photographer and super-assistant Erica for 10 years (since their college days). Erica knows Sarah to be the type of gal who always knows what she wants. When Sarah started dating Zack it was easy to see she had found the love of her life by the way she glowed when talking about him. On the day of the shoot, we could see right away the “glow” was mutual.
With the foliage turning for good and the grounds full of incredible colors, it was no time at all before we knocked out some incredible shots with these two!
This couple is so in love and completely into each other which made it so easy to pose and photograph them. It’s amazing when a couple is so in sync and willing to work with us.
There was a cute pink cottage which we all decided must be Smurfette’s house.
The Planting Fields is a beautiful location chock full of photo opportunities. It provided for a nice blend of classic structures, manicured lawns, and fall foliage. Oh, the colors!
Thanks Sarah and Zack for coming out with us for a fun-filled, romantic engagement session! You are a beautiful couple and both have such a great sense of humor which made our work really easy.
Your fall-color-craving photographers,
– Pak and Antonis (and the soon-to-be-expert Erica!)
